Claire Santiago is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where she currently practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Claire received her Juris Doctor in 2020 from Stanford Law School, where she served as the Managing Editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review. Prior to law school, Claire received a B.S. in Biology & Society, cum laude, from Cornell University.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Claire was a law clerk to Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Claire also worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in their Litigation Group prior to her clerkship.
