Enno Schley is an associate in the Munich office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations and Litigation Practice Groups.
He advises clients in the area of corporate governance and compliance with a focus on white collar defense and internal investigations. His practice includes advice in the structuring, implementation and assessment of compliance management systems.
Mr. Schley studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, Germany, and undertook his clerkship at the High Court of Berlin, Germany. In 2018, he earned his doctor’s degree from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 2019.
During his studies and his legal clerkship, Mr. Schley worked as a research assistant and trainee for different renowned international law firms in Munich, Germany, in Cape Town, South Africa and the inhouse consulting of a DAX-30 company in Bonn, Germany.
Mr. Schley speaks German and English.
