Matthew A. Schroth is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Matthew represents clients in a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, construction and development, debt and equity financings, restructurings, office and retail leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions across a variety of real estate asset classes.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, he was a real estate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law in 2018, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was awarded the Class of 1912 Prize. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2013.
Matthew is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
