BIOGRAPHY

Jocelyn Shih is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Ms. Shih’s practice focuses on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including technology transactions and mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Shih has also practiced in the Hong Kong office of Gibson Dunn, where she advised clients throughout APAC on technology driven transformations, privacy and cybersecurity.

Ms. Shih earned her Juris Doctor in 2019 from New York University School of Law, where she served as Developments Editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics.  Ms. Shih earned her undergraduate degree in 2016 from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Ms. Shih is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
