Julia Sim is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn.
Julia specializes in cross-border aviation and maritime financing and leasing transactions. She regularly advises banks and financial institutions, ECAs, aircraft lessors and engine lessors on loan documentation, finance leases, operating leases, the sale and purchase of aircraft and engines, and securitization transactions. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Julia worked in the Assets and Structured Finance practice of an international law firm in its Singapore and New York offices.
