Jake Singer is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices with the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Jake assists clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including federal and state litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings, as well as investigations and advising clients on day-to-day labor and employment issues.
Jake graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. After graduating in 2016, he clerked for Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Jake was an associate in the Litigation Group of an Am Law 200 firm in New York.
Jake is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
