BIOGRAPHY

Courtney Spears is an associate in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Spears served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Spears earned her Juris Doctor in 2019 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Spears served as a Senior Copy Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Ms. Spears graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Ms. Spears is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
