Phil Washburn is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the Firm’s Litigation Department, with a focus on Energy, Regulation and Litigation and Environmental Litigation.
Mr. Washburn graduated cum laude from The University of Michigan Law School in 2021. During law school, he served as an editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and the Journal of Law and Mobility. In 2018, Mr. Washburn graduated with Distinction from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he earned degrees in Peace, War & Defense and Political Science.
