Phil Washburn is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on environmental and mass tort litigation, regulatory enforcement and compliance counseling, and environmental issues related to corporate transactions.
Phil earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2021, and received his B.A. in Peace, War & Defense and Political Science from the University of North Carolina — Chapel Hill in 2018.
