BIOGRAPHY

Nicholas Whetstone is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office, where he practices in the Corporate Department.

Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2022 and is a member of the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, he was an Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kathaleen McCormick on the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Honorable Sandra Ikuta on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Nicholas was also a teaching assistant to former Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Jay Clayton.  Nicholas graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with dual majors in Accounting and Business Administration.

Prior to law school, Nicholas worked as an economic consultant, supporting expert witnesses on issues of commercial disputes, forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, and company valuation.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Nicholas is admitted to practice in the State of California.
