Bloomberg Law [PDF] profiled partner Madalyn Miller after she was named one of the publication’s They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40 honorees. In the article, Madalyn stated: “More broadly, what I value most is loyalty that runs both ways—like representing the lenders to Castlelake and Altavair on their aviation asset-backed securities transactions, relationships we’ve held across years and over $6 billion of deal flow. That kind of repeat trust is the truest measure of doing the work well.”

Madalyn also defined success in her practice. “Success in my practice isn’t measured by headlines or hours billed, but by whether my clients achieve their commercial goals with as little stress as possible,” she said.
