Partner Michael Bopp was quoted in Law360’s (subscription required) “Executive Privilege Questions Cloud Congressional Probe Prep,” which discusses how a U.S. Justice Department opinion on executive privilege could complicate investigations into the Trump administration’s dealings with a vast array of companies should Democrats win control of Congress in November.

“These will largely be separation-of-powers disputes between the executive and legislative branches and I don’t think companies are going to want to get in the middle,” Michael said.
