The Legal 500 has recommended Singapore partner Paul Tan in the 2023 edition of its Arbitration Powerlist: Southeast Asia, which highlights the leading arbitration practitioners working in the region, as well as foreign practitioners with significant expertise in Southeast Asia. The list was published on August 21, 2023.
Paul Tan specializes in international arbitration (both commercial and investor state), international litigation and arbitration-related litigation. He acts for leading corporations, global insurers, financial institutions, funds and Asian governments across a range of industries and concerns, including telecoms, natural resources, technology and media, oil and gas, construction and real estate, private equity, banking and financial institutions and environmental, social and corporate governance.
