Partner Ted Boutrous discussed his string of recent high-profile First Amendment cases with the Columbia Journalism Review, including working to restore Pentagon access for The New York Times and White House access for CNN, MS NOW, and POLITICO. He noted that the firm’s First Amendment work has ramped up significantly in the second term of the Trump administration. “As opposed to two or three big cases a year, it’s more like two or three big cases a month now,” he said.
