Speaking with D Magazine, Co-Partner in Charge of our Dallas office Trey Cox discussed his decision to move to Gibson Dunn after spending more than two decades building a successful boutique litigation firm. The reason? He was betting on Gibson Dunn’s vision in growing its Texas practice.

“This was a platinum national litigation brand doing first-rate work, with an opportunity to build in one of the fastest-growing economies in the country,” he said. “I had spent my career trying high-stakes cases, building teams, and winning. I wanted to match that experience to a platform like Gibson Dunn. The risk was betting I could help build what the brand could already carry.”
