Veteran Project Finance Lawyer Raymond Azar Joins Gibson Dunn as Co-Chair of Power and Renewables Practice Group

Gibson Dunn announced today that Dr. Raymond Azar has joined the firm’s New York office, where he will serve as a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group and as Co-Chair of the Power and Renewables Practice Group. A leading project finance lawyer, Ray advises developers, borrowers, and lenders on transactions spanning every phase of a power project.

Gibson Dunn’s Power and Renewables Practice Group, which Ray will co-lead, advises clients globally on the development, financing, acquisition, and sale of renewable energy, energy transition, and conventional power assets.
