Jamie A. Greenberg is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  She currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice Group.

Ms. Greenberg earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2005 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in December 2002.
