Gibson Dunn Appoints Partners Jay Srinivasan and Peter Wardle to Lead the Los Angeles and Century City Offices

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has named antitrust partner Jay Srinivasan and capital markets partner Peter Wardle as Co-Partners in Charge of the Los Angeles and Century City offices, effective July 1, 2018.

They succeed Christopher Chorba and Amy Forbes, who have served as Co-Partners in Charge since 2013.  Chorba will continue his class actions and complex litigation practice, and Forbes will continue her real estate and land use practice.

Wardle is Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Capital Markets Practice Group.  His practice includes representing issuers and underwriters in equity and debt offerings, including IPOs and secondary public offerings, and representation of both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, including private equity, cross border, leveraged buy-out and going private transactions. He graduated in 1997 from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law.

Srinivasan is an antitrust litigator with a focus on intellectual property and technology-related issues.  He also provides antitrust advice in the context of mergers/joint collaborations, government investigations, and proposed business practices.  His clients include a wide range of industries, such as energy, entertainment, medical, and high tech.  He graduated in 1995 from the New York University School of Law.
