Gibson Dunn Adds Litigation Partner Kristin Linsley in San Francisco

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Kristin Linsley will join the firm as a litigation partner in the San Francisco office. She joins the firm from Munger, Tolles & Olson and will continue to practice complex business litigation.

About Kristin Linsley

Linsley focuses her practice on complex business litigation. She has experience in a broad range of areas affecting U.S. companies, including securities law, international law, internet and privacy law, class actions, banking and financial litigation, water rights law, and contract law. She has also counseled clients on board and corporate governance and conducted internal investigations. She has handled multiple appellate matters and has successfully represented clients before the California appellate courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before joining Gibson Dunn, Linsley was a partner at Munger Tolles, where she practiced since 1990. She served as a law clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia in 1989 to 1990 and for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg of the D.C Circuit in 1988 to 1989. Linsley graduated magna cum laude in 1988 from Harvard Law School, where she served on the Harvard Journal on Legislation.
