Who’s Who Legal and Global Investigations Review have named Washington, DC partner F. Joseph Warin and New York partner Lawrence Zweifach to their list of the World’s Ten-Most Highly Regarded Investigations Lawyers based on a survey of clients and peers. Warin had more votes than any other practitioner in the survey and is described as “simply the best” and “unbelievably good” having “conducted FCPA investigations relating to business in 35 countries as well as numerous SEC and Department of Justice proceedings.” Zweifach is noted as “formidably talented” for his work in FCPA, anti-money laundering, securities, and trade control. Also recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Investigations 2015 are Washington DC partners David Burns for his “first-class” federal, state, and regulatory investigations work and Richard Grime for his experience handling corruption, accounting fraud, and securities enforcement matters; Los Angeles partner Debra Wong Yang for her “outstanding compliance work;” and Hong Kong partner Kelly Austin as “phenomenal” for her FCPA, anti-money laundering, securities, and trade control experience.
