The American Lawyer named New York partner Eduardo Gallardo as a 2015 Dealmaker of the Year. Am Law selected 20 transactions to “spotlight creative thinking, novel approaches and innovative work.” Gallardo was honored for his representation of Related Fund Management LLC and Corvex Management LP in their successful campaign to remove and replace the entire board of CommonWealth REIT (since renamed Equity Commonwealth).
