Gibson Dunn actively recruits highly qualified lateral associates for all of its departments and practice groups globally. Laterals are very quickly assimilated into our practice and immediately begin to take active roles in case and deal management.
Candidates interested in any of our U.S. offices can directly contact a local office recruiting coordinator to express interest in working at Gibson Dunn. All candidates should include a current resume and law school transcript with a cover letter. Candidates invited to the firm for interviews typically visit for a full day of interviews with partners and associates in the candidate’s practice area.
Candidates interested in any of our non-U.S. offices should send a current CV, copies of university degree certificates and practicing certificates and a cover letter addressed to the lateral recruiting manager located in our London office. The interview process for our non-U.S. offices will generally include an initial meeting followed by (if both parties are interested) a full round of interviews with partners and associates from different practice areas.
