Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Deepak Nanda has joined the Orange County office as a partner. A corporate partner who served as Managing Partner of Foley & Lardner’s Los Angeles office, Nanda will continue to focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

About Deepak Nanda
Deepak’s practice focuses on transactional and securities matters, including cross-border M&A, dispositions, privatization transactions, leveraged recapitalizations and buyouts. He also handles venture capital and private equity fund formation and portfolio company investment, private and public offerings of equity and debt securities, and compliance issues. He advises companies in an array of industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, financial services, manufacturing, information technology and entertainment. He has advised clients with projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, India, Singapore, China, South Korea, Latin America and Australia.
He joined Foley & Lardner LLP in 2000, most recently serving as Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office. Before that, he practiced with other law firms in Los Angeles. He graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1997.
