The Daily Journal has named partners Wayne Barsky and William Rooklidge to its list of the 75 top intellectual property litigators. Barsky was named to the list for his work defending clients in IP litigation, including LiveJournal Inc. in copyright infringement litigation involving the Digital Millennium Copyright Act’s safe harbor provisions. Rooklidge was honored for his work representing Xilinx in a patent infringement case. The list was published in the April 22, 2015 issue.
