The Daily Journal has named partner Wayne Barsky to its 2012 list of the 75 Leading Intellectual Property Litigators. Attorneys are selected based on the impact their work has had on intellectual property law. Wayne was featured for his work representing Merck-Serono, Pfizer and EMD Serono in a patent infringement case involving a drug used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis, and for his work representing the Kennedy Institute in a patent case relating to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The list was published in the April 18, 2012 issue.
