Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP’s Health Care and Life Sciences Group is pleased to announce its representation of Apria Healthcare Group Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Coram, Inc., a provider of home infusion and specialty pharmaceutical services. The cash transaction is valued at $350 million. The combined infusion division, to be headquartered in Denver, Colorado, will provide care for more than 100,000 patients annually in all 50 states.
