Munich Partner Jeffrey M. Trinklein and Associate Christian Schmidt are the authors of “Delaware im Wettstreit mit Luxemburg” [PDF in German] in the February 1, 2006 issue of the newspaper Börsen-Zeitung. The article deals with some of the principal issues for foreign investors in German real estate and points out the advantages of the Delaware LLC in comparison to the Luxemburg entity frequently used by real estate investors.
