Munich partner Mark Zimmer is the co-author of "Die Geschlechterquote in Privatwirtschaft und Bundeswehr," [PDF] published in the July 2017 issue of the German publication BWV (Bundesverwehrverwaltung). The article focuses on the Federal Equality Law and describes the gender quota regulations as well as their impact both on the public and the private sector, respectively the differences therein.
