EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia)
Gibson Dunn is deeply committed to the advancement of women at the firm. As part of our Women of Gibson Dunn Initiative, we are launching a Europe-Middle East-Asia Women’s Initiative that will bring together women attorneys across our Europe, Middle East and Asian offices to share experiences, explore varying cultural drivers and influences and promote female talent. Hong Kong partner Kelly Austin and London partner Penny Madden co-lead the Initiative.
Given that our offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia are located in countries with different legal and social constructs, our senior women associates who are involved in our local women’s efforts will work collaboratively with Kelly and Penny to ensure that we are respectful and mindful of the cultural context of the various offices. The Initiative will focus on four areas: (1) Programming; (2) Mentoring; (3) Business Development and (4) Pro Bono and Community Involvement. We look forward to furtherconnecting our EMEA women and developing this important Initiative.
