The National LGBT Bar Association named Los Angeles associate Douglas Champion as one of the 40 recipients of its annual “Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40” award, which recognizes “lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender legal professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBT equality.” The award will be presented at the Annual Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair in San Francisco, California on August 24, 2013.
