The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) named Los Angeles associate Enrique Monagas to its HNBA Top Lawyers Under 40 Award. The award is given to 10 lawyers across the U.S. who have distinguished themselves professionally and have demonstrated commitment to their communities. Monagas is one of 10 attorneys honored by the association. HNBA announced the winners of the award on February 20, 2015.
