Eric Sloan Elected a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel

Gibson Dunn partner Eric B. Sloan has been admitted as a Fellow to the American College of Tax Counsel. The goals of the College are to foster excellence and elevate professional standards in the practice of tax law; to stimulate skills development and knowledge through continuing legal education programs; to provide input by the tax bar in the development of tax laws; and to facilitate the scholarly discussion and examination of tax policy issues.

Formed in 1981, the College is reserved for those have made an exceptional contribution to their chosen profession. Fellows must be nominated by their peers and satisfy the established criteria and undergo a rigorous screening process before receiving the honor.

Membership in the College limited to a maximum of 700 tax attorneys across the United States.
