GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum named San Francisco partner Erin Rothfuss to its Women of Influence 2020, an annual list that features women who “have all made a distinctive mark in commercial real estate.” The list was published on July 22, 2020.
Erin Rothfuss is co-chair of the Gibson Dunn’s Real Estate Department. Her practice encompasses a variety of transactional matters involving lending and structured finance, private equity, workouts and restructurings, loan sales, syndications and participations, and acquisitions and dispositions, with a particular emphasis on real estate. She represents a wide range of clients, including lenders, developers, opportunity funds, joint ventures and a variety of institutional and non-institutional investors. She advises on transactions involving all types of commercial and residential real property, including development property, office buildings, hotels, resorts, shopping centers, multi-family projects and other commercial properties.
