Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP advised Novator Partners LLP and Verne Global, provider of sustainable data center solutions for high intensity computing, in the acquisition of Verne Global by Digital 9 Infrastructure plc, the newly established investment trust that invests in a range of digital infrastructure assets, in a deal valued at approximately £231 million in cash.
