Charles Osborne is an English qualified lawyer in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he currently practises in the firm’s Global Finance and Business, Restructuring and Reorganization practice groups.
His practice focuses on advising borrowers, sponsors, lenders, creditors and investors in cross-border financings, restructurings and special-situations transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Charlie was an associate in the finance practice of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and prior to that, an associate in the finance practice of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he also trained.
