Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented Daikin Applied Americas Inc. in its acquisition of Carroll Air Systems, a Tampa, Fla.-based company that provides heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and services for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities.
