Gibson Dunn Adds Corporate Partner Nigel Stacey to London Office

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Nigel Stacey is joining the London office as a partner. Formerly a partner with Ashurst LLP, he will continue to focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters.

About Nigel Stacey

Stacey has a broad M&A and corporate finance practice. He regularly advises U.K. and international corporations and investment banks on a wide range of transactions, including cross-border and domestic M&A, public company takeovers, joint ventures and equity capital markets matters. He has advised on a wide array of matters, acting in recent years on many significant transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Stacey practiced with Ashurst since 1999 and with Slaughter and May from 1994 to 1999.
