Gibson Dunn Adds Corporate Partner Robson Lee in Singapore

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Robson Lee will join the firm as a partner in the Singapore office.  At Gibson Dunn, he will continue to focus his practice on M&A and capital markets transactions.

About Robson Lee

With 20 years of experience, Lee focuses his practice on M&A and capital markets.  He has substantial experience in Singapore public company M&A and regularly advises companies on listing with the Singapore Stock Exchange.  He represents publicly listed companies on securities transactions, cross-border M&A and foreign joint ventures.  He also advises local and foreign companies in their fund raising and market flotations.

 He will join the firm from Shook Lin & Bok in Singapore.

 Lee received his LL.B. (Hons, 2nd Upper) from the National University of Singapore in 1993.  He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor in England and Wales.
