Gibson Dunn Advised Amazon.com on Inaugural £4.25 Billion Sterling-Denominated Notes Offering

Gibson Dunn represented Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) on its inaugural Sterling-denominated offering of £4.25 billion aggregate principal amount of notes, comprised of £1.25 billion of 5.200% notes due 2029, £1 billion of 5.550% notes due 2032, £1 billion of 6.250% notes due 2038, and £1 billion of 6.650% notes due 2045.

Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, and NatWest Markets Plc. acted as managers in the notes offering.
