Gibson Dunn Appoints Ferdinand Fromholzer to Lead Munich Office and Dirk Oberbracht to Lead Frankfurt Office

​Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has named partner Ferdinand Fromholzer as Partner in Charge of the Munich office and partner Dirk Oberbracht as Partner in Charge of the Frankfurt office, both effective May 1, 2017.

They succeed Michael Walther, who has served as Partner in Charge of the Munich office since 2002 and led the firm’s recently opened Frankfurt office.  He will continue his antitrust and competition practices as a partner in the Munich office.
