NYSE Governance Services, publisher of Corporate Board Member magazine and the global business advisory firm FTI Consulting, Inc. ranked Gibson Dunn in their annual America’s Best Corporate Law Firms study, "a comprehensive ranking by U.S. corporate directors and general counsel of the top 25 corporate law firms." The firm ranked 5th out of the top 25 corporate law firms in a survey of general counsel and 9th in a separate survey of corporate directors. The rankings recognize firms for “their strong corporate stewardship, geographic scope and reputation” and as “trusted legal advisers with proven track records.” The rankings are featured in the second quarter 2014 issue of the magazine.
