As part of their 2013 Best Law Firms survey, the U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers named Gibson Dunn its Law Firm of the Year in two categories: Litigation – Antitrust and Criminal Defense: White-Collar – Governmental Investigations. Only one law firm was recognized in each national legal practice area. The firm received these awards based on a combination of factors, including the “high performance on surveys of clients about [the] firm’s work in the practice area” and “the high regard that lawyers in other firms in the same practice area have for [the] firm.”
