The National Law Journal has named Gibson Dunn in its 2013 Appellate Hot List, which recognized 20 firms “doing killer appellate work” in the country’s appellate courts. The firm was recognized for its work challenging the constitutionality of the California proposition banning gay marriage. In addition, the publication highlighted the firm’s success before the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of clients Standard Fire Insurance Co. and Comcast Corp. The Appellate Hot List was published on June 3, 2013.
