Washington, D.C. partners Baruch Fellner, William Kilberg and Eugene Scalia were named among the 100 Most Powerful Employment Lawyers in the nation by Human Resource Executive magazine and Lawdragon, an online legal publication and directory. Palo Alto partner Stephen Fackler was included in the list of the Top 20 Most Powerful Lawyers for Employee Benefits and ERISA, and Washington, D.C. partner Jason Schwartz was one of 40 attorneys named an Up and Comer. The lists were featured in the June 16, 2013 issue of Human Resource Executive magazine.
