Gibson Dunn Represented Amazon.com on $25 Billion Notes Offering

Gibson Dunn represented Amazon.com, Inc. in its SEC-registered offering of $25 billion aggregate principal amount of notes comprised of $750 million of floating rate notes due 2029, $3.5 billion of 4.600% notes due 2029, $4.25 billion of 4.800% notes due 2031, $3 billion of 5.100% notes due 2033, $4.5 billion of 5.300% notes due 2036, $2.75 billion of 6.000% notes due 2046, $4 billion of 6.100% notes due 2056, and $2.25 billion of 6.250% notes due 2066.
Barclays Capital Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as representatives in the notes offering.
