International Financial Law Review named Singapore of counsel Grace Chong as a Rising Star at the 2023 IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards. The awards were announced on March 22, 2023.
Grace is a former in-house counsel at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and is closely involved in regional regulatory reform initiatives. She has led discussions with regulators on behalf of the financial services industry, particularly with regard to digital assets, financial derivatives and ESG. She heads the financial regulatory practice in Singapore which consists of three associates. Her team covers a full range of complex financial regulatory, data privacy, licensing, regulatory investigations, ESG implementation and technology transactions.
