Texas Lawyer named Houston partner Hillary Holmes among four lawyers featured as the “Most Effective Dealmakers” in its 2019 Professional Excellence Awards, an annual list of “fantastic lawyers who have dedicated themselves to building exceptional careers” and “advancing the profession as a whole.” The report was published on September 3, 2019.
Hillary Holmes is Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice group. Her practice focuses on securities offerings and securities regulation and governance counseling in all sectors of the oil & gas industry. She represents public companies, private companies, MLPs, investment banks, management teams and private equity in all forms of capital raising transactions, including IPOs, registered offerings of debt and equity securities, private placements of debt and equity securities, preferred equity investments, joint ventures and private equity investments.
