Benno Schwarz is a partner in the Munich office of Gibson Dunn and co-chair of the firm’s Anti-Corruption & FCPA Practice Group. Nikita Malevanny is an associate in the Munich office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations, Litigation, and International Trade Practice Groups. He focuses on international trade compliance, including EU sanctions, embargoes and export controls. He also carries out internal and regulatory investigations in the areas of corporate anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and technical compliance.
