Job Summary

Gibson Dunn is currently seeking associates with 4-6 years post-qualification experience to join its market leading funds practice in Hong Kong.

Candidates should be US, UK or HK qualified, with extensive experience advising private fund sponsors on the formation of private investment funds, including buyout funds, growth capital funds, venture capital funds and real estate funds.

Candidates must have excellent academics, top-tier law firm experience, and a commitment to developing their career in Asia. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.

Gibson Dunn’s Investment Funds practice is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers Asia Pacific. This role will be based in Hong Kong working with Albert Cho, Co-Head of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group in Asia.
