Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join a dynamic and growing practice representing large- and mid-cap public companies across the country. Specifically, we are seeking an experienced corporate governance lawyer to join us as an of counsel in our Washington, D.C. or New York office. Candidates must have significant experience advising on the technical aspects of corporate governance best practices, securities laws, stock exchange corporate governance standards, proxy advisory firm policies, bylaws, other governance policies and codes of conduct. Ideal candidates will have 8 or more years of experience, including some law firm experience. They must also have strong writing and research skills and must be detail oriented. This position offers flexibility with no travel required. (Class of 2013 or senior, including Of Counsel.)

The annual compensation range for this position is between $450,000 and $485,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
