Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Data Innovation (NY)
We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2017 through 2020 to join our privacy, cybersecurity, and data innovation practice group to focus on Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters. Chambers USA 2020 recognized Gibson Dunn for Privacy & Data Security nationwide, highlighting the firm’s “highly regarded privacy and cybersecurity offering.” The practice is quite broad, covering a wide array of consumer protection regulatory issues, including privacy, advertising, and marketing related counseling, investigations, and litigation. Interest in administrative law or prior government experience a plus! The team is collaborative and dynamic, and this opportunity offers great professional growth for the right candidate.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $250,000 and $370,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
